Terms of service
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms apply when you use Pushapost. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to do so.
What the service does
Pushapost schedules and publishes social media posts to accounts you connect, and reports on how they performed. It can be driven from the web app or by an AI assistant through our MCP server.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what an AI assistant you have connected does with it.
Anything an assistant queues is attributed to it in your timeline, and each brand can be set to hold assistant-written posts for human review before they publish. We strongly recommend leaving that on for client accounts.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you and your team, and publish it to the accounts you have connected, at the times you have chosen.
You are responsible for having the right to post what you post, and for it complying with the rules of each social platform. Those platforms can reject or remove a post for their own reasons, and we cannot overrule them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pushapost to publish content that is unlawful, that harasses people, that impersonates someone, or that breaks the terms of the social platform you are posting to. Do not use it to send bulk unsolicited messages, and do not attempt to circumvent the rate limits or access another customer's workspace.
Availability, and what we do not promise
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that every post will publish exactly on time. Publishing depends on the social platforms' own APIs, which can be unavailable, rate limited, or can reject content without warning. When a post fails, we record the reason and show it to you rather than retrying forever or hiding it.
Connections expire. When one does, posts scheduled to that account will fail until it is reconnected. We will surface that in the app.
Ending it
You can stop using Pushapost at any time and delete your workspace, which removes your data. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and will explain why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pushapost is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
